- Apply small amount into hand
- Gently rub hands together once dissolve massage into desired area of skin.
- This can be used on dry or damped skin also for dried, sensitive & rough skin.
- For cracked bottom of feet, apply a generous amount to heel or entire foot cover with a sock
- Repeat every night until you see the cracks have healed
