Shipping & Return Policy

We ship between 1-3 business days. Due to being a small business processing can take sometime , especially during high volume season ( Christmas, Black Friday ) etc. Please be advised we require 1-3 business days for processing and during high volume season 5-7 business days.

If you need your order sooner we can arrange for expedited shipping at your cost. Please contact our shop in regards to your order.

Shipping + Lost/Stolen/Damage Items

If there are other issues with your package as in " LOST, OR STOLEN " you will need to contact USPS or FedEx directly. Once a package leave our facility , we transfer all responsibilities to the shipping carrier. The only order information we will have is the same tracking information that was provided to you ( tracking number ). If the package could not be located please file a claim with the shipping company. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages that has been delivered to the address provided with your order.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring their correct shipping address at checkout. Once an item is shipped we can not change or alter the shipping address. If the package is returned to us , shipping will have to be repaid for your items to be reshipped to the new address. We are not responsible for any items after they leave our facility. If the item cannot be delivered, the buyer must contact the shipping company directly to resolve any shipping issues or file any claims with the shipping company to ensure their package will arrive safely to them.

Again once an item leave our facility we are not responsible for any items not being delivered. It is out of our hands and shipped to the address that was provided at checkout.

Return Policy

If the items in the package arrived DAMAGED as in " opened or broken "please email us at info@primasboutique.com with photos & order number we will negotiate and replace damaged items , store credit or refunds.
